This is an interesting mode in the camera app using which you can take photos or videos to view them in slow motion. Here are the steps to take photos in slow motion mode.

> First open the camera app from home screen.

> Then tap mode for taking photos in slow motion. Also you can press the slow motion which will record video in slow motion mode. You need to specify a section that you want to see in slow motion.

> Click on Start to start recording and press stop when you are done.

> You can view or edit any photos taken in the slow motion mode just by pressing the preview thumbnail on the preview screen.

> Next to view the video in randomly set of slow motion section press on the slow motion icon.

> Press pause to edit the section.

> Drag the opening and closing bracket in the desired point for trim segmenting of a video.

> Also you can select a section of the video that is to be played in slow motion by dragging the white circle.

> As you tap the slow motion section, various options such as speed, delete and spilt option will be available to edit the section. Once you are done with editing press export and the video will be saved.

Fast motion mode

Fast motion mode of Galaxy S6 is used to take photos or record videos for viewing them in fast motion. This mode let you enjoy any specific part of the video in fast motion.

> First open the camera app.

> Then tap mode and fast motion.

> Click on Start to start recording and press stop after taking the videos.

> Now press on the preview thumbnail on the preview screen to view the photos taken in fast motion.

> Next to view the video in randomly set of fast motion section press on the fast motion icon.

> Press pause to edit the section.

> Drag the opening and closing bracket in the desired point for trim segmenting of a video.

> Drag the white circle in a particular area in the video to see that area in fast motion.

> As you tap the fast motion section, various options such as speed, delete and spilt option will be available to edit the section. Once you are done with editing press export and the video will be saved.

Virtual shot mode

A photo can be viewed from various directions using this virtual shot mode. Follow the instruction to use this camera mode of Galaxy S6.

> Tap the camera icon in home screen.

> Next tap mode and then select virtual shot.

> Focus the subject in the center then and tap the camera button.

> By moving the phone slowly around the subject you can take more photos and all the photos will be saved.

> You can view the virtual shot mode photos in the preview screen by tapping the preview thumbnail.

> Again press the virtual shot mode to continue.

> You will be able to see the subject from different angles by dragging your fingers left or right in the screen or photos.

Interval shot mode

This is a front camera mode. To use this mode follow the below instruction.

> Tap the camera icon and switch it to front camera.

> Next tap mode and then select Interval shot mode.

> Now to take photos press the sensor on the back or just tap the screen. It will take four photos at 2 seconds interval.

Also you can take photos just by showing your palm. For this feature to activate, go to settings and enable gesture control switch.

Selfie and Wide-selfie mode

Selfie mode is set by default in Galaxy S6. You have to switch the camera in front mode and you can successfully take selfies.

Wide-selfie mode is useful in case you want more faces to fit in the screen.

> Tap the camera icon.

> Next press the mode and then wide-selfie.

> You can capture photos by tapping the screen or just by showing your palm.
